PSE’s Pedro Ampuero’s Where is the Rain?

WAITING FOR THE RAIN!
We need rain… I do not know how things are going in the rest of Europe, but in Spain we need some rain pretty soon…
The red deer roar typically breaks during the mid-end of September, when the temperatures start to drop and the first rains arrive. We are getting to the end of September, and still haven’t seen a single drop of water and the temperatures are still really high.
With this kind of weather, bulls do not roar and they hardly move during day time hours, which make hunting them almost impossible. I have been hunting them since the beginning of September, and have only seen one small bull, which is quite frustrating.
Deer must be somewhere. On the other hand, acorns have started to fall down, and it is always nice to enjoy some close encounters, although, this time my objective was another one.
Please, pray for some rain! Looks like next week we will have some, and our luck may change,
