Will the new stinger 70 pound model adjust down to 40 pounds?

One more thing will there be any difference between the 2012 stinger 3g and the 2013 stinger?

This is my first bow purchase and I have the 2013 Stinger 3G in the skullworks camo. I am nothing but amazed with this bow. From the ability to get it set for me and the ease in sighting it in was awesome. This bow will most certainly not be my last PSE purchase
