2013 PSE Technology

New and Improved Fasteners

In 2013, PSE is beginning a long term investment in higher grade fasteners to improve the reliability and durability of our bows. Our hardware upgrades include improved plating, expanded use of Nylok® self-locking patches and a switch from hex head to Torx® head screws.

  • Higher torsional strength and improved torque transfer efficiency
  • Longer tool and fastener life by reducing stripping, rounding of corners and cam-out
  • Technical and economic benefits have created world wide acceptance and common usage in the firearms, automobile and consumer electronics industries
